Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the OnTime mobile application (the "App") operated by Tzöetc Associates ("the Company", "we", "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using the OnTime application (the "App"), the user agrees to these terms. As an employee, users are bound by both this agreement and their employer's internal policies.
2. User Accounts and Security
- Accuracy: Users must provide true, accurate, and current information (name, email, etc.) to their HR Department for the creation of their App account credentials.
- Confidentiality: Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.
- Account Misuse: Users are prohibited from sharing their credentials, such as "buddy punching" (one employee clocking in for another).
3. Scope of Service & Usage Rules
- Permitted Use: The App is for tracking work hours, attendance and location for Payroll Processing purposes.
- Prohibited Activities: Fraudulent activities are strictly forbidden, including but not limited to, bypassing security controls, or uploading harmful content.
4. Data Ownership and Employee Privacy and Dispute Resolution
- Employer Data: All attendance data collected belongs to the user's employer and is retained for the period required by local Labour Laws.
- Employee Acknowledgement: By using this App, employees acknowledge that their data—including location and time—is being tracked during work hours and that the App uses background location and Bluetooth (iBeacon) scanning solely for functional purposes: to verify employee attendance when they are physically at the workplace.
- Consent: By using the App users are deemed to have given their consent for this tracking, subject to our Privacy Policy.
- Dispute Resolution: Users are advised to refer to their HR Department to resolve any disputes regarding the use of the App and Tzöetc Associates.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, UI, logo and codebase, is the property of Tzöetc Associates.
6. Termination of Account
Tzöetc Associates reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms or for fraudulent activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
"As Is" Service: The OnTime App is provided "as is" without warranties.
