protects your information through the OnTime mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to ensuring
your data is handled with professional integrity.
1. Information Collection
To provide accurate attendance and workforce management services, the App collects the following data:
- Location Data: Used to verify your presence at authorized workplaces for clock-in and
clock-out events.
- Device Identifiers: Used for account security and to prevent unauthorized access to
your professional profile.
- Proximity Data: The App scans for authorized Bluetooth iBeacons located within your
workplace.
Important: Background Tracking & Bluetooth
To automate your attendance logs, the App utilizes background location and Bluetooth (iBeacon) scanning.
This allows the system to detect your arrival/departure even when the App is not actively in use. This data
is used solely for functional attendance verification and is never used for marketing or
third-party tracking.
2. How We Use Your Data
Data collected is used exclusively for the following business purposes:
- Generating accurate attendance reports for payroll and scheduling.
- Ensuring site safety and personnel verification.
- Improving App stability and performance via error logging.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not track your activity across other companies' apps or websites.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not share your data with third parties except in the following cases:
- Service Providers: Cloud hosting (e.g., AWS/Google Cloud) that are contractually bound
to protect your data.
- Legal Requirements: When compelled by law or to protect the safety and rights of the
user or company.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
We maintain industry-standard security measures (AES-256 encryption) for all stored data. Data is retained
only for the duration required by local labor laws and employment records.
Your Deletion Rights:
You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to Labor Law. To initiate
a deletion request, please contact our support team or your HR department.
